Central Railway Introduces Pune to Danapur Summer Special Train to Meet Passenger Demand

Enhanced Connectivity and Convenience for Summer Travelers

Pune News : In response to the anticipated surge in passenger traffic during the summer season, the Central Railway has announced the operation of special trains, including the Pune-Danapur-Pune route, to accommodate the increased demand and ensure hassle-free travel for passengers.

The Pune-Danapur-Pune summer special train, designated as Train No. 01105, will depart from Pune at 19:55 hrs every Monday from April 1, 2024, to June 24, 2024, totaling 13 trips. The train is scheduled to arrive at Danapur at 04:30 hrs on the third day of its journey.

Conversely, Train No. 01106, operating from Danapur to Pune, will depart from Danapur at 06:30 hrs every Wednesday from April 3, 2024, to June 26, 2024, covering 13 trips. The train is expected to reach Pune at 17:35 hrs the following day.

The special train will make scheduled halts at various stations along the route, including Daund Chord Line, Ahmednagar, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar, and Ara.

Comprising a total of 22 ICF coaches, the train will include two AC-3 Tier coaches, 16 Sleeper Class coaches, and four General Second Class coaches, including two Luggage cum Guard’s Brake Vans.

Passengers keen to avail themselves of these special services can make reservations starting from April 30, 2024, at all Computerized Reservation Centres and via the official website www.irctc.co.in.
