Pune: Sharp Weapon Assault on Share-Market Class Owner in Vadgaon Budruk; Mystery Surrounds Motive

Pune: A share-market class owner from the Vadgaon Budruk area was brutally assaulted by a group of three people with a sharp weapon on Wednesday, February 28. The exact reason behind this attack is not yet known. However, it is anticipated that the class owner has been assaulted over some financial issue.

The name of the assaulted person has been identified as Nitant Namdev Gaikwad. Gaikwad, 26, is a resident of Vadgaon Budruk, Sinhagad Road, and takes a class of stock market guidance in the same area.

On Wednesday night, at eleven p.m., Gaikwad was returning to his home. At that time, he was suddenly intercepted by three people in the Kirtinagar area of Vadgaon Budruk, who came on a two-wheeler. Within a fraction of a second, those people unleashed a heavy assault on Gaikwad, stabbing him brutally with a sharp weapon.

After the attack, the accused fled from the scene. Gaikwad is heavily injured in this attack. Though, the exact identity of the accused is not yet known, a case has been registered against three unknown people at Sinhagad Road Police Station.

Sinhagad police are tracing the accused with the help of local CCTV cameras, and Sub-Inspector of Police Suresh Jaibhai is heading the investigation.
