Pune: Cousin brother was looted of Rs 15,000 by threatening with chopper in Ghorpade Peth

Pune: A cousin brother who was sitting in the shop at Ghorpade Peth was forcefully looted of Rs 15,000 by abuse and also showing the chopper.

Sohail Naeem Shaikh (25 a resident of Bhimpura at Camp has filed a complaint in Khadak Police Station. Accordingly, the police have registered a case against Sharjeel alias Shala Latif Shaikh (30). The incident took place at Goodluck Mutton Shop near Khedekar Vegetable Market in Ghorpade Pethe at 11.30 am on Sunday morning.

According to the police, “The accused Sharjeel is the step brother of the complainant. He is addicted to alcohol. Sharjeel came there while the complainant was in the shop. He showed fear of chopper and forcibly took Rs 15 thousand from the shop and left. Assistant Police Inspector Sonwane is investigating the case.”
