Pune: Brutal Murder Unfolds As Minor Vehicle Dispute Turns Deadly in Hadapsar

Pune: In a shocking incident on Tuesday night, a group of 7 to 8 individuals mercilessly beat a young man to death using a sharp weapon and a stone. The motive behind this gruesome act was a minor dispute over the victim accidentally scratching the accused’s four-wheeler. The Hadapsar police station has registered a case of murder in connection with this horrifying incident, which occurred around 10 p.m. on the Fursungi to Chandwadi road.

The victim, identified as 30-year-old Abhishek Sanjay Bhosale from Shewalwadi, became the target of this brutal attack. The accused, including Vilas Suresh Sakat, Kailas Suresh Sakat, Sachin Sakat, all residents of Chandwadi, Fursungi, and 7-8 other unidentified persons, have been charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) such as 302, 323, 143, 145, 148, 149, 504, and 506, along with the Arms Act and Maharashtra Police Act.

Abhishek Bhosale’s nephew, 18-year-old Atharva Dadasaheb Sable, who resides in Orchid Residency Shewalwadi, filed the complaint at Hadapsar Police Station. The police have detained Sachin Sakat in connection with the incident.

According to the police report, a minor dispute arose between the victim’s uncle, Abhishek Bhosale, and Vilas Sakat over a scratch on the latter’s Swift car. This disagreement escalated when Vilas Sakat, along with Kailas Sakat, Sachin Sakat, and others, allegedly conspired to threaten and ultimately kill Abhishek Bhosale. The assailants brutally attacked him with a sharp weapon and a stone, leading to his tragic demise. Even when the plaintiff attempted to intervene, he too was subjected to violence.

Assistant Police Inspector Nanasaheb Jadhav is overseeing the ongoing investigation into this crime.
