Pimpri Chinchwad : In a heart-wrenching incident at a Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal School, a young life was tragically cut short when eighth-grade student Sarthak Kamble lost his life after falling from the third floor. The incident occurred while Sarthak was playing on the staircase railing, according to witnesses, who were fellow students at Vidyamandir School.
Living in Kalewadi, Sarthak’s day took a devastating turn around ten o’clock when he was playing on the iron railing of the third-floor stairs. Despite warnings from friends to be cautious and descend from the railing, Sarthak paid no heed and continued with the activity.
Regrettably, his friends recounted that Sarthak lost his balance suddenly, resulting in a direct fall to the ground floor duct. The impact of the fall was severe, prompting a swift response to rush him to the hospital. However, despite efforts, Sarthak did not survive the accident, leaving the school community and his family in mourning.
Chinchwad Police is actively investigating the incident to gather more details and understand the circumstances leading to the tragic fall. The unfortunate incident underscores the critical need for safety precautions, particularly when engaging in activities that carry inherent risks.
