Toyota Unveils Luxurious Innova GX (O) Variant: A New Standard in Affordability and Elegance

Toyota has unveiled its latest addition to the Innova Hycross petrol lineup, the GX (O) variant, aimed at offering a premium driving experience at an accessible price point for the common man. Priced between Rs 20.99 lakh and Rs 21.13 lakh (ex-showroom), this new variant promises to redefine the segment with its range of features and enhancements.

Range-Topper with Rich Features 🌟

The GX (O) variant takes its place as the new flagship model in the Innova Hycross petrol lineup, boasting a plethora of premium features that elevate the driving experience. Priced approximately Rs 1 lakh higher than its predecessor, the GX variant, the GX (O) justifies its premium with additions such as front LED fog lights, front parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, and a rear defogger, enhancing both functionality and safety.

Interior Enhancements 🛋️

Step inside the GX (O) variant, and you’ll be greeted with a refined ambiance, thanks to the new chestnut-themed interior and soft-touch materials adorning the dashboard and doors. The cabin exudes luxury, with upgrades including new fabric seat covers, automatic climate control, and a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay, ensuring a comfortable and connected ride for passengers.

Configuration Variations 🚐

Catering to the diverse needs of Indian families and groups, the Toyota Innova Hycross GX (O) is available in both seven and eight-seater configurations. However, it’s worth noting that the 8-seater variant lacks certain features found in the 7-seater, resulting in a Rs 14,000 price difference between the two configurations.

Exterior Choices 🎨

Buyers have the freedom to choose from seven exterior finishes for the GX (O) variant, ranging from the sleek Blackish Ageha Glass Flake to the sophisticated Platinum White Pearl. This variety allows customers to personalize their vehicle according to their style preferences.

Performance and Competition 🏁

Powering the GX (O) is a robust 174bhp, 2.0-litre petrol engine paired with a CVT gearbox, promising a fuel efficiency of 16.13 km/l. While it dominates the petrol MPV segment, it faces tough competition from seven-seater SUVs like the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar. Additionally, the hybrid variant of the Innova Hycross competes directly with the Maruti Suzuki Invicto, offering buyers a wide array of choices in the market.

With its blend of luxury features, affordability, and performance, the Toyota Innova Hycross GX (O) sets a new benchmark in the segment, appealing to both discerning buyers and the common man alike.
