With a substantial addition of 3.1 million users, Jio’s total wireless subscriber count reached 452 million, marking a notable increase from 449 million in September. Airtel’s Steady Growth:
Bharti Airtel, under the leadership of Sunil Mittal, maintained its steady growth trajectory by gaining 352,640 wireless subscribers in October 2023. The positive momentum pushed Airtel’s total user tally to 378 million, reinforcing its standing as a formidable player in the Indian telecom sector.
Vodafone Idea’s Subscriber Woes Persist:
In stark contrast, Vodafone Idea faced another setback as it grappled with a loss of 2 million wireless subscribers in October.
