Pune: The Maha Yuti-BJP Lok Sabha candidate Murlidhar Mohol interacted with citizens after seeking blessings of Lord Ganesh (Talyatala Ganpati) at Sarasbaug, the popular public temple garden on Wednesday.
Mohol shared a post on social media and reminisced about his childhood memories associated with the garden. He said, “Our Sarasbaug is Pune’s heritage, its glory and its cultural centre. It is a feather in the city’s cap. I visited Sarasbaug in the morning. I prayed to Vighnaharta (Ganpati) and met many voters in the garden.”
He added, “Every visit to Sarasbaug is so pleasant. However, the experience of visiting the garden as a child and as a candidate of Lok Sabha are different in many ways. Sarasbaug always makes you happy. It is always blissful at any time of the day. The joy was multiplied today while interacting with people.”
Mohol appealed to people in Sarasbaug to vote in the election. He urged them to strengthen PM Narendra Modi’s hands to lead the country again. They promised to cooperate in this regard.
