As the festive season approaches, the Central Railway is geared up to facilitate the surge in travel with the introduction of eight additional Puja/Diwali/Chhath festival specials between Pune and Danapur. These special trains aim to alleviate the holiday rush, providing a convenient and efficient mode of transportation for passengers during this joyous time.
1) Pune-Danapur Bi-weekly Superfast Special (20 LHB Coaches): The 01105 Pune-Danapur Superfast Bi-Weekly special is scheduled to depart from Pune at 06:30 hrs on Monday and Thursday, specifically on 13.11.2023 and 16.11.2023 (two trips). It will reach Danapur at 11:40 hrs the next day.
In return, the 01106 Danapur-Pune Super-fast Bi-Weekly special will leave Danapur at 13:30 hrs on Tuesday and Friday, i.e., 14.11.2023 and 17.11.2023 (two trips), arriving in Pune at 19:45 hrs the following day.
The train will halt at key stations, including Hadapsar, Daund Chord Line, Ahmednagar, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Buxar, and Ara. The composition includes 20 LHB Coaches, featuring six AC 3-Tier, 12 AC 3-Tier Economy Class, one Luggage cum Guard’s Brake Van, and one Generator Car.
2) Pune-Danapur Super-fast Special (16 ICF Coaches): For those preferring a different schedule, the 01449 Pune-Danapur Superfast Special will depart from Pune at 06:35 hrs on 18.11.2023 and 25.11.2023 (two trips), reaching Danapur at 11:40 hrs the next day.
In the opposite direction, the 01450 Danapur-Pune Superfast Special will leave Danapur at 13:30 hrs on 19.11.2023 and 26.11.2023 (two trips), arriving in Pune at 19:40 hrs the following day. The train will make halts at Daund Chord Line, Ahmednagar, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Buxar, and Ara. The composition includes 16 ICF Coaches, consisting of four Second Class Seating, 12 General Second Class, and two Guard’s Brake Van.
