MP Supriya Sule

Pune: The nationalist Congress Party’s official candidate for Baramati constituency and the current MP of Baramati Lok Sabha constituency, Supriya Sule, hit back on Mahadev Jankar’s recent criticism and reminded him of a law made by the Maharashtra government for equal rights to the daughters in their father’s property.

The Baramati constituency has been seeing an intense tug of war between two members of the Pawar family. Therefore, the entire country has been keeping an eye on the Baramati Lok Sabha Constituency result. This time, Sunetra Pawar and Supriya Sule are against each other for the Baramati Lok Sabha election.

As the campaign from both sides is in full swing, Mahadev Jankar, the president of Rashtriya Samaj Paksha, targeted Supriya Sule over her interference in her involvement in her maternal home. In one of the Mayuti’s meetings for Baramati Lok Lok Sabha candidate Sunetra Pawar, he said, “Sister should not interfere in brother’s life and should not stay at his house after her marriage for a long time.

On this, Supriya Sule reminded Mahadev Jankar about a law made by the Maharashtra government to give equal property rights to daughters on their father’s property. She said that according to that law, any girl or woman from all over the country has an equal right to their parent’s property.

At that time, Sule also said that because of the last few days of election campaigning, main issues like the prevailing drought in Maharashtra, the fallen prices of onion and cotton, and unemployment in the country are ignored, and common people are frustrated because of this.

On the question of whether this fight is between Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi, she said that for her, it is a fight between the NDA and the UPA. It is between the common people and the BJP. Furthermore, she also accused that in this election, there is a tremendous misuse of money power.
