Siddharth Bhange, a resident of the Kharadi area in Pune, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing the 700th rank in the highly competitive Civil Services Examination 2022 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Siddharth’s success is a testament to his perseverance and determination, as he overcame numerous difficulties during his journey to crack the prestigious examination.
Recently Siddharth shared his journey towards success and revealed that his family initially did not believe in his ability to achieve such an accomplishment. However, with his hard work and dedication, Siddharth proved himself and expressed his joy in having his father’s relentless efforts justified by this achievement.
Siddharth credited his inspiration to his father, who had worked tirelessly to support the family by selling vegetables and driving a rickshaw. Witnessing his father’s hard work motivated Siddharth to strive for excellence and honor his father’s sacrifices. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to fulfill the challenge of making his father proud and acknowledged that his success was the result of honest efforts.
Although Siddharth cleared the UPSC exam in his second attempt, he emphasized that it was the culmination of years of hard work. His determination to pursue a career in the civil services began when he was in 11th grade, and he went on to graduate with a BA in Political Science from Wadia College. Utilizing the time during the COVID-19 pandemic, Siddharth devoted himself to rigorous studies and remained focused on his goal. He highlighted the importance of commitment and honest hard work in achieving success, emphasizing the need for dedication among today’s youth who often face challenges related to confidence due to the influence of social media.
Looking ahead, Siddharth shared his dream of becoming an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. He expressed his commitment to giving his utmost effort in the role he is assigned and his determination to work towards achieving the position of an IAS officer. Furthermore, Siddharth pledged to fulfill his responsibilities diligently and complete all tasks assigned to him promptly.
