The Central Railway has exciting news for travelers as it is set to run 114 daily special train services between Chatrapathi Shahumaharaj Terminus Kolhapur and Pune. Train Schedule: The daily special train service, numbered 01024, will depart from Chatrapathi Shahumaharaj Terminus Kolhapur every day at 23:30 hrs, starting from November 5, 2023, and continuing until December 31, 2023, making a total of 57 trips. The train will reach Pune at 07:45 hrs the following day.
In the reverse direction, train number 01023 will leave Pune daily at 21:45 hrs, commencing from November 6, 2023, and running until January 1, 2024, totaling 57 trips. It will arrive at Chatrapathi Shahumaharaj Terminus Kolhapur at 05:40 hrs the next day.
Halt Stations: The trains will make stops at various stations, including Kolhapur, Valivade, Rukadi, Hatkanagale, Jayasingpur, Miraj Jn, Sangli, Bhilavadi, Kirloskarvadi, Takari, Karad, Masur, Targaon, Rahimatpur, Koregaon, Satara, Wathar, Lonand, Nira, Jejuri, and Sasvad Road before reaching Pune.
Train Composition: These special trains will consist of a total of 16 ICF coaches. The configuration includes one AC 2-Tier, four AC-3 Tier, seven Sleeper Class, and four General Second Class coaches, along with two luggage cum guard’s brake vans.
