Indonesian telecommunications operator Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) has announced the expansion of its partnership with Netcracker to bolster its fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) services. The official establishment of this expanded collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the recently concluded MWC Barcelona 2024.

In its effort to accommodate the surging demand for FTTH services, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison plans to modernize its IT infrastructure using the Netcracker Digital BSS (Business Support System) portfolio.
