Prime Minister Modi to Lead Road Show and Campaign Rally in Pune

PM Modi Road Show

Pune: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to boost the Mahayuti alliance’s election campaign in Pune with a road show and public rally on April 29th. The aim is to bolster support for Mahayuti candidates in the district, as announced by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.

The road show, planned to create a vibrant atmosphere, will precede Modi’s public rally. Pawar emphasised the significance of this event, highlighting that the spacious Sir Parshuram College ground has been chosen to accommodate around 40,000 people.

The grand alliance candidates from Pune, Baramati, Shirur, and Maval Lok Sabha constituencies will gather for a meeting convened by Prime Minister Modi. Initially, there were plans to hold the meeting at Katraj NDA grounds or Khadakwasala, but due to space constraints, the S.P. College ground was finalised for the event.

In addition to the Pune rally, efforts are underway to organise a meeting for Sunetra Pawar, the Baramati Lok Sabha candidate, on May 7th. While the NCP suggested Khadakwasla Assembly Constituency for this event, final arrangements are yet to be confirmed.

With polling scheduled for May 13th in Pune, Shirur, and Maval and May 7th in Baramati, the campaign intensifies as political leaders gear up to rally support and engage with voters.
