Mumbai, Jul 17 (UNI) NCP (Ajit Pawar group) chief Ajit Pawar along with his supporting MLAs and ministers once again met NCP president Sharad Pawar at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre here on Monday, a day after their unscheduled meet.

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar along with ministers Chhagan Bhujbal, Dilip Valse Patil, Hasan Mushrif and other cabinet colleagues had met Senior Pawar on Sunday at the above-mentioned venue. Following this meeting, MLAs from Ajit Pawar’s camp met Sharad Pawar on the second day in a row.

Speaking with reporters here after the meeting, minister Dilip Valse-Patil, “I met Pawar Saheb even yesterday too, he is our leader, we are with him.”

Sharad Pawar was at his Silver Oak residence when Ajit Pawar and his supporting MLAs reached Yashwant Chavan Centre, but Pawar Senior reached the venue after few minutes and had a discussion with Ajit Pawar and his supporters.

Meanwhile, in a related development, during the course of ongoing Monsoon session of Maharashtra Legislative Council, a demand was made to the Legislative Secretary to disqualify MLCs Manisha Kayande, Neelam Gorhe and Viplav Bajoria for their alleged anti-party activities.
