Rishi Sunak’s visit to India holds special significance, as he is not only the British Prime Minister but also the first British Prime Minister of Indian origin. His marriage to Akshata Murty, the daughter of Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy, adds a unique familial connection to the country. The 18th G20 Summit, where Rishi Sunak will participate, is set to take place at the newly constructed international convention and exhibition center, Bharat Mandapam, located at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. The event, spanning from September 9 to 10, is expected to witness the presence of over 30 world leaders and high-ranking officials from the European Union, as well as invited guest countries and heads of international organizations. This gathering reflects the importance of global cooperation in addressing pressing global challenges and fostering economic stability and growth.
