Central Railway Augments Mumbai-Delhi and Mumbai-Nagpur Trains with Additional AC-3-Tier Coach

Central Railway’s Move Aims to Enhance Passenger Comfort and Convenience

Central Railway has announced a significant enhancement in its services by permanently adding one additional AC-3-Tier coach to the Mumbai-Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express and Mumbai-Nagpur Duronto Express trains. Initially implemented on a temporary basis until March 31, 2024, the decision to make this augmentation permanent reflects the railway’s commitment to improving passenger experience.

The Mumbai-Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express (Train No: 22221/22222) and Mumbai-Nagpur Duronto Express (Train No: 12289/12290) will now feature one extra AC-3-Tier coach, effective from April 1 and April 2, 2024, respectively. This move comes in response to the growing demand for comfortable and reliable rail travel between these key destinations.

Passengers planning to travel on these routes are encouraged to take advantage of the additional facilities provided by Central Railway. They are advised to check the status of their tickets and make necessary arrangements before boarding the train to ensure a hassle-free journey.
