Second Consecutive Fatal Accident Strikes Samruddhi Mahamarg, Raising Safety Concerns: 3 Killed on the Spot

In a devastating turn of events, the Samruddhi Mahamarg witnessed yet another fatal accident on Saturday night, claiming the lives of three individuals. The incident occurred in Daulatabad, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, around 11:00 PM when a speeding car collided with a truck, resulting in immediate fatalities.

The victims, identified as Rahul Anand Nikam, Shivaji Vamanrao Thorat, and Anna Ramrao Malode, were residents of Sambhaji Nagar. They met their untimely demise as the speeding car lost control upon reaching Daulatabad, crashing into the truck ahead with devastating force.

This tragic incident follows another fatal accident on Friday night, just a day prior, in Kopargaon Taluka of Nagar District. The collision between a Swift Desire car and a container resulted in the death of three individuals and severe injuries to two others. The Samruddhi Mahamarg, a key expressway connecting various regions, has become a hotspot for accidents, sparking growing concerns about safety measures and road conditions.
