In the run-up to the Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has unveiled its initial list of 195 candidates, sparking criticism for the absence of any representatives from Maharashtra. Amidst this backdrop, speculations are rife about the potential entry of independent MP Navneet Rana and MLA Ravi Rana into the BJP.
Responding to the ongoing discussions in political circles, Navneet Rana addressed the rumors surrounding her and Ravi Rana’s possible shift to the BJP. She remarked, “There is always talk about us joining the BJP. Whether we speak about it or not, discussions persist. We are always in the limelight, but we are taking the right decision at the right time.”
Dismissive of the gossip surrounding her political affiliation, Navneet Rana emphasized that being associated with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is not surprising. She revealed her participation in the NAMO youth conference as part of the NDA and stressed that she remains focused on working for the welfare of the underprivileged.
Refusing to be drawn into discussions about political entries or exits, Navneet Rana asserted, “Who enters politics and who exits is not my concern. We work for the poor, and that will be our continued commitment.”
