Mango Unveils its Largest Store in India, Making a Bold Statement in Mumbai’s Fashion Scene

Mango, the renowned apparel and accessories brand, has taken a significant stride in expanding its footprint in India with the inauguration of its largest store to date. Situated in Mumbai’s Santacruz West district, the expansive 10,000-square-foot outlet is housed in the recently opened Krishna Curve mall.

Krishna United Group’s director, Sandeep Agrawal, proudly shared the news on LinkedIn, stating, “We are pleased to announce the inauguration of India’s biggest flagship store of Mango at Krishna Curve Linking Road Santacruz, Mumbai.”

The new Mango store debuts with its autumn/winter collection, featuring a diverse range of party wear, work-appropriate separates, and minimalist everyday wear. Catering to a broad audience, the store showcases Mango’s women’s collections, the ‘Mango Man’ line, and children’s wear, as reported by India Retailing.

Mango’s retail presence in India operates through a master franchise agreement with Myntra, Flipkart’s fashion arm. Myntra, in turn, sub-franchises Mango stores to various operators across the country. Mango products are available not only on Myntra’s dedicated e-commerce platform for the Indian market but also on its multi-brand platform.

Krishna Curve, the host of Mango’s expansive new store, positions itself as a shopping center focusing on premium fashion and lifestyle brands, according to its Facebook page. The nine-storey building boasts a curated selection of brands, including Crossword, Fitness First, and Nature’s Basket, among others.

This recent opening follows Mango’s establishment of a 5,500-square-foot store in Bengaluru earlier this year. The Spanish brand has rapidly expanded its presence in India, with over 80 exclusive outlets across the country. Additionally, Mango marked the beginning of this year by launching its first dedicated store for men in Delhi, further solidifying its position in the Indian fashion market.
