The airline in question has responded to her concerns, acknowledging a delay of 12 minutes in deboarding the flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai due to ladder alignment issues.
In a series of Instagram stories, Hydari described her experience as an “airport circus,” highlighting the absence of a ladder or airbridge upon landing. The airline clarified that the delay was a result of difficulty in aligning the step ladder with the aircraft.
Assuring corrective action, the airline stated that necessary measures were promptly implemented, with relevant authorities notified to address the issue. Expressing regret for any inconvenience caused to customers, they reiterated their commitment to ensuring smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.
