NEET PG 2024 Exam Postponed to July 7: New Date Announced by NBEMS

In a recent announcement, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially postponed the NEET PG 2024 exam to July 7. The rescheduling comes as a response to the ongoing circumstances, allowing aspiring MBBS doctors who complete their mandatory internships on or before August 15 to participate in the examination.

As per the notification released by NBEMS, application forms, the information bulletin, and other crucial details regarding the NEET PG 2024 exam will be made available on the official website, natboard.edu.in. It is essential for eligible candidates to stay updated with the NBEMS website for the latest information, as the provided dates are tentative and subject to approvals and confirmations.

The NEET – PG serves as an eligibility-cum-ranking examination conducted annually. This examination stands as the sole entrance test for admission to various MD/MS and Post-Graduation diploma courses under the National Medical Commission Act, 2019.

In addition to the NEET PG 2024 exam, the National Exit Test (NExT) has also witnessed a postponement by at least a year, now anticipated to commence in 2025 instead of the initially scheduled 2023.

Prospective candidates are strongly advised to regularly check the NBEMS website and Information Bulletins for precise examination dates, as the tentative schedule is contingent on approvals and confirmations.
