Pune, 1st November 2023: P. Jog Educational Trust, a distinguished name in the field of education with a legacy dating back to 1976, has marked a significant milestone with the establishment of a new law college in Pune, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The trust, renowned for its academic commitment, holds the distinction of NAAC approval and ISO certification for its school, college, and junior college.
In a noteworthy development, Dr. Sagar Shelke-Patil has been selected as the Principal of the recently founded Law College and concurrently appointed as the Director of the P Jog Group of Institutes under P Jog Educational Trust. The official announcement of his appointment was recently conveyed by the trust’s treasurer, Dr. Amol Jog.
The organization’s president, Surekha Jog, along with the secretary, Pushkar Jog, the trustee Shubhada Jog, and treasurer Amol Jog, extended their warm congratulations to Dr. Shelke-Patil on this momentous occasion.
Dr. Shelke-Patil brings a wealth of experience in research and college administration to his new dual roles. His impressive career has seen him hold positions such as Vice-Principal, Head of the Research Department, Head of the Legal Counsel Center Department, Dean, Registrar, and more.
Upon assuming office, Dr. Shelke-Patil expressed his gratitude, stating, “I extend my heartfelt thanks to the institution’s authorities for this appointment.
