Pune: The PMPML bus driver was assaulted by a car driver at Sanket Vihar bus stop in Hadapsar on Wednesday at around 6 pm.
The bus driver Tushar Khanderao Dombale (35) has filed a complaint in Hadapsar police station. Police have registered an FIR under IPC sections 353, 332 against Amol Londhe (20) a resident of Sanket Vihar in Hadapsar.
According to the police, while the complainant was taking the bus the accused Amol Londhe suddenly approached the bus in his car. He started abusing the complainant asking him to withdraw the bus. After that, the accused boarded the bus and abused the complainant Dombale.
A case has been registered against accused Amol Londhe for obstructing government work. Further investigation is being conducted by police sub-inspector Damre.
