Pune: 17-year-old boy stabbed by unknown persons for asking that why he was pushed in Uttam Nagar

Pune: In a shocking incident in Uttam Nagar on Wednesday, August 23 a 17-year-old boy was stabbed by unknown persons. The victim was waiting for a bus when four people pushed him from behind and when he asked why they pushed him the four accused abused and stabbed him and seriously injured him. The incident took place at BRT bus stop at Panchami hotel on Pune-Satara Road at around 5:30 pm.

The name of the injured boy is Rohit Sunil Shinde a resident of NDA Gate, Kondhawe Dhawade in Uttam Nagar. He has filed a complaint at Parvati police station. The police have registered an FIR under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 324, 323 and 34 against four unidentified accused.

According to the police, the complainant Rohit Shinde was waiting for a bus at the BRT bus stop at Panchami hotel. At that time, one of the four unknown persons who came from behind pushed Rohit and when Rohit questioned about this, the accused abused him and beat him up and also hit on his left hand with some sharp weapon and seriously injured him. Police Naik Jagtap is conducting further investigation.
