In a vibrant display of culture and history, Marvel Ideal Spacio Phase-1 Society in Undri recently hosted a unique cultural event to celebrate the life and legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Sumit Dubal, the Secretary of the society, organized this enlightening event within the community’s 420 cosmopolitan flats. Residents were treated to a series of captivating performances, each paying homage to the revered Maharaj.
Multiple Mesmerizing Performances Take Center Stage The event featured several groups, all contributing their talents to honor Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The Jogwa group, starring Umate Kaku, Nalavde Kaku, Mahajan Kaku, and Patil Kaku, opened the show with a mesmerizing skit that left the audience spellbound, setting the stage for the evening’s festivities.
Following this, the “Lakha Padla Prakash” dance group, with participants Saroj Kasture, Rashmi Shinde, Shayma Pillay, Priyanka Pande, Pallavi Dhurde, and Varsha Sakhare, took the stage. Their vibrant and spirited performance added an extra dose of energy to the event, lifting the spirits of all in attendance.
Powerful Dialogues and Insights by a Dedicated Group The dialogue group, consisting of Sachin Jagtap, Poonam Jagtap, Vaishnavi Rangdal, Pratamesh Rangdal, Neha Varma, Sunita Walvekar, Rohan Kulkarni, Anuj Matur, and Naman Sharma, provided a profound insight into the history and teachings of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Their powerful lines resonated with the audience, shedding light on the wisdom of the revered Maharaj.
The Devi group, featuring Rasika Bhandarkar, Arpita Sathavara, Vandana Shukla, and Aasavari Madke, added an emotional touch to the evening with their moving performance.
Ude Ga Ambe Dance Group Concludes the Spectacle Bringing the event to a grand conclusion was the Ude Ga Ambe dance group, which comprised Sandhya Pawar, Premlata Bondarde, Madhuri Menon, Shubha Poojari, Pornima Jadhav, and Karishma Patel. Their mesmerizing dance provided a fitting ending to an evening filled with cultural enrichment and historical insight.
