- Advance Permission Requirement: Student organizations are obliged to seek permission from both the university administration and the police at least five days before organizing any activities or agitations.
- No Guaranteed Approval: Approval is not guaranteed, and the responsibility for any untoward incidents during the event lies with the organizers.
- Designated Space: A specific area near the Constitution Memorial (Samvidhan Smarak) has been assigned for programs, contingent upon police approval. Organizers must provide the university’s security department with a copy of the permission.
