In a disconcerting incident at Pune Airport, a 27-year-old woman has reported being subjected to molestation by a fellow passenger while waiting to board an Indigo Airlines flight bound for Bangalore. The accused, identified as Jinshan PL, aged 40, now faces legal action as a case has been registered at the Vimantal Police Station.
The victim, whose identity remains confidential, had undergone the standard boarding pass check and was progressing towards the aircraft. It was during this pre-boarding phase that the alleged assault occurred. Jinshan, positioned behind the young woman, purportedly approached her and engaged in unwelcome physical contact.
The complaint filed by the 27-year-old victim alleges that Jinshan not only inappropriately touched her but also molested her by indecently making contact with various parts of her body.
Law enforcement is actively investigating the case to ensure justice is served.
