Pune’s Urban Cleanup: PMC Dismantles Illegal Structures at Hotel Vaishali

In a noteworthy move, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) undertook a decisive operation today targeting Hotel Vaishali on FC Road. The operation resulted in the removal of approximately 3000 square feet of illegal structures, demonstrating PMC’s commitment to enforcing urban planning regulations and promoting orderly city development.

Led by Executive Engineer Bipin Shinde, Deputy Engineer Sunil Kadam, and Branch Engineer Rahul Rasale, PMC officials executed the removal of unauthorized constructions, addressing concerns about the encroachment of public spaces and ensuring the safety and aesthetics of the area.

Deputy Engineer Sunil Kadam highlighted that the operation was carried out in close coordination with the local police department, emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts in maintaining urban integrity.
