Developed through a collaboration between city-based Frida Art House and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India, ‘Ellie’ is captivating the hearts of young visitors with her innovative and educational presence. Admission to meet ‘Ellie’ is free, but advance registration is recommended.

Standing at an impressive 6.5 feet tall, ‘Ellie’ is a hyperrealistic creation designed to engage and educate children about the welfare of elephants and animal rights. Voiced by acclaimed actress Dia Mirza, ‘Ellie’ offers an interactive experience aimed at highlighting the challenges faced by elephants and advocating for their well-being. Through immersive sessions, ‘Ellie’ sparks empathy and empowers children to become advocates for animal welfare.
Crafted by the skilled hands of Prasun Basu, ‘Ellie’ seamlessly integrates traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technologies to bring imagination to life. From traditional sculpting techniques to advanced materials like polyurethane and silicone, Prasun Basu’s expertise transcends various mediums, resulting in captivating creations across diverse styles and aesthetics.
Children can experience ‘Ellie’ firsthand from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm daily from March 19th to 24th.
