Pune: In the residential housing apartment of the Handewadi area, a disgusting incident of molesting minor girls took place yesterday. In this case, a complaint was registered against an unknown two-wheeler bike rider at Kondhwa Police Station.
The victim’s mother registered a complaint about this horrifying ordeal at Kondhwa Police Station yesterday. According to the complainant, the daughter of the complainant and the daughter of her brother-in-law, who have come to the plaintiff’s house for the Christmas vacation, were playing in the parking area of the building yesterday afternoon.
At that time, one unknown two-wheeler bike rider entered the apartment on his blue-black colour bike with a number plate of MH 12 3508. It is mentioned in the complaint that he called the plaintiff’s daughter towards him on the pretext of asking her ‘who is the boss in the apartment’ and acted inappropriately with her. Further outrageously, he also tightly held the plaintiff’s brother-in-law’s daughter and molested her by doing obscenities with her.
He made unwelcome advances towards both girls, causing discomfort to both of them in an attempt to disgrace them. Distressed by the fact, minor girls told the entire ordeal to the plaintiff, who immediately rushed to the police station to file a complaint following the incident.
In this case, police booked the accused under IPC 354 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered against the two-wheeler youth, fashion pro (MH 12 3508) of Hero Company, with further investigation being done by the Sub Inspector of Police, S. M. Inamdar.
