In a bid to streamline traffic management during the upcoming three-day satsang event featuring “Bagheshwar Dham Sarkar,” Dhirendra Shastri, Pune Traffic Police has issued a directive shifting the pick-up and drop points for private buses from Sangamwadi to Kharadi Jakat Naka. Effective from November 20 to November 22, this decision aims to enhance commuter convenience and ensure smooth traffic flow.
The event, organized by Jagdish and Yogesh Mulik from the BJP, is set to take place at Sangamwadi’s Nikam Farm. Highlighting Hanuman Katha and the “Divya Durbar,” the occasion is expected to draw attendees from various parts of the city. The distinguished chief guests for this event are Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil.
Dhirendra Shastri, known for his televised “Divya durbars” where he claims to perform miracles, has recently been in the spotlight for expressing support for Maratha reservation during a Ram Katha event in Chatrapati Sambhajinagar.
The announcement from Pune Traffic Police regarding the shift in private bus stops reflects a proactive measure to mitigate potential disruptions caused by the event. By relocating the pick-up and drop facilities to Kharadi Jakat Naka, the authorities aim to maintain uninterrupted traffic flow during the three-day satsang.
