Pune: Raisoni College of Engineering and Management Students’ won KAVACH-2023 Cyber Security Hackathon.

Pune: Raisoni College of Engineering and Management students’ team, “Blue Bytes,” won the grand finale of the KAVACH-2023 Cyber Security Hackathon, organized by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and hosted at AMC Engineering College, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The three-day hackathon was started on 8th August 2023 and concluded on 10th Aug 2023. In recognition of their outstanding performance, Team “Blue Bytes” was bestowed with the highly sought-after grand prize of INR 1 lakh.

The team comprised Shubham Pandey (TY CSE-AIML) as the team leader, accompanied by Abhishek Waghmare (TY CSE AI-ML), Shreyas Walde (TY CSE AI- ML) Varun More (BTech AI), Khushi Pandey (TY CSE AI-ML) and Bhanupriya Sahu(TY E&TC). Sonali Sonavane and Sarika Khope, Hod- Mrs Rachna Sable and Dr S.K Waghmare was the Mentors of the students.

The KAVACH-2023 Cyber Security Hackathon stands as a national pinnacle in cyber security competitions, challenging young minds to navigate the intricate landscape of digital security. This event provided a platform for students to demonstrate their expertise in fortifying digital infrastructure, countering cyber threats, and developing novel solutions to address modern cybersecurity challenges.
