PUNE: After disappearing for two weeks, the rain has made a comeback and it will continue for five/six days. The prediction has been made by weather expert Ramchandra Sable and this is positive news for Maharashtra.
There will be rainfall measuring 05 mm to 1.5 mm in six districts of western Maharshtra i.e. Ahmednagar, Pune, Solapur, Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur districts. There will be hardly any rainfall in the Konkan Division i.e. Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Raigad, Thane and Palghar districts. The rain may be in the range of 01 mm to 15 mm.
In Marathwada division i.e. Dharashiv, Beed, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Jalna, Parbhani and Nanded, there will be little rainfall of 2 mm to 4 mm. In other districts, there may be 0.1 to 1.3 mm rainfall, Sable has predicted.
Sable said that some districts are staring at drought due to inadequate rainfall.
