PUNE: The Pune police Crime Branch’s unit 3, unit 2, AEC-1 and Anti-dacoity and vehicle theft unit-1 have arrested a gang for committing robberies and house break-ins in Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad and Pune Rural areas. With the gang’s arrest, 173 crimes have been uncovered. Addl CP Ramnath Pokale, DCP Amol Zende and ACP Sunil Tambe informed at a press conference that goods worth ₹1.21 crore have been seized from them.
The police have arrested Ajaysingh Arjunsingh Dudhani (23), a resident of Manjari, Bacchansingh Jogindersingh Bhond (25), a resident of Vaidwadi, Ramjitsingh Ranjitsingh Tak, a resident of Hadapsar, Rahulsingh Ravindrasingh Bhond, a resident of Hadapsar, Kanvarsingh Kalusingh Tak, a resident of Hadapsar and Lakshansingh Rajputsingh Dudhani, a resident of Hadapsar have been arrested. Tikalsingh Gabbarsingh Tak, a resident of Hadapsar, Akshaysingh Vihsingh Tak, a resident of Hadapsar, Karansingh Rajputsingh Dudhani, a resident of Hadapsar, Sohail Jadev Shaikh, a resident of Hadapsar and Mahendrasingh, a resident of Beed are absconding. The police are searching for them.
