Pune: Residents of Lohegaon are expressing frustration over the persisting pothole issue in the area, urging the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to take immediate action. Additionally, citizens are requesting the Airport Traffic Department to deploy traffic police to manage the traffic flow in the vicinity. However, despite claims of police deployment, locals contend that the traffic police aren’t present .
Responding to the situation, a Police Inspector from the Airport Traffic Department stated that a traffic police has indeed been assigned to Santnagar to address traffic planning in the area.
The growing potholes and traffic congestion have become a cause of concern for citizens, impacting daily commutes and leading to inconvenience of school students. Residents are hopeful that the authorities will address their grievances promptly to ensure smoother roads and better traffic management in Lohegaon.
