Pune: I will work if I get green signal from Ajit Pawar, says Jay Pawar

PUNE / BARAMATI: NCP activists in Baramati requested Ajit Pawar’s younger son Jay to become active in Baramati politics because they want to make Ajit Pawar, the CM of the state. After the grand felicitation of Ajit Pawar, Jay Pawar had come to Baramati. He paid a courtesy visit to the NCP office.

Jai Patil, City Unit Chief of NCP and President of Baramati Bank Sachin Satav were present. Jay Pawar, who did not attend the public felicitation programme of Ajit Pawar, had specially come to Baramati. Later, activists of NCP held a dialogue with Jay Pawar. He was welcomed by NCP activists who asked him to become active in Baramati.

“You will have to ask Ajit Pawar and if he gives green signal, I will start work,” Jay Pawar told the activists. NCP activists have decided that they will ask Ajit Pawar to involve both his sons Parth and Jay in Baramati politics.

There are signs that the political equations are going to change after the split in NCP. Parth Pawar accompanied his father during a procession held in Baramati.

During the Mumbai meeting, Jay Pawar was present when his father made a speech. After Jay Pawar visited Baramati, it is being speculated new political equations will be formed.
