In a thrilling showcase of young tennis prowess, Luv Pardeshi and Janhavi Sawant emerged victorious in the Boys and Girls Under 12 categories, respectively, at the PMDTA Ranking ITA Trophy Bronze Series tournament. The event, organized by the Pune Metropolitan District Tennis Association (PMDTA) and supported by KPIT and SOLINCO, took place at the Intensity Tennis Academy tennis courts in Kharadi.
In the Boys Under 12 final, the fifth-seeded Luv Pardeshi displayed exceptional skill as he upset the third-seeded Harsh Nagwani with a scoreline of 5-3, 4-1 to claim the coveted title. Meanwhile, in the Girls Under 12 event, the second-seeded Janhavi Sawant showcased her talent by defeating the top-seeded Vaanya Agarwal with a score of 4-1, 4-1, securing the championship.
The winners and runners-up were honored with trophies and certificates in a prize distribution ceremony graced by Nitin Dholepatil, Owner of Kapila Resorts. The event was also attended by Atul Deodhare of Intensity Tennis Academy and PMDTA Supervisor Tejal Kulkarni.
