Pune: In a shocking incident that unfolded between 12:30 and 1:00 in the afternoon today, in a high-class society in Wanwadi, Nikhil Pushparaj Khanna, a 36-year-old construction professional, met an untimely demise. The tragic event occurred as his wife, Renuka Nikhil Khanna, allegedly punched him in the face during a domestic dispute.
The 36-year-old construction professional, identified as Nikhil Pushparaj Khanna, tragically lost his life following a severe blow from his wife during a domestic dispute that unfolded today.
The accused, Renuka Khanna, a 38-year-old resident of Wanwadi, has been taken into custody by the Wanwadi police for questioning. The chain of events unfolded when the accused called the father-in-law, Dr. Khanna, and informed him about the incident. Immediately, Dr. Khanna rushed to the scene, attempting to revive Nikhil through CPR. However, when his efforts proved futile, he notified police authorities about the incident.
Deceased Nikhil Khanna is a construction businessman, and there are four people living in his house, namely his mother, father, and wife, along with him. Nikhil and his accused wife, Renuka, had a love marriage six years ago. The police have interrogated the accused, Renuka, and detained him.
