A judicial magistrate (first class) court has issued an order to register FIR against the individuals responsible for falsely implicating well-known builder Rahul Goyal in a case aimed at extorting crores of rupees from him.

Goyal, a reputed builder based in Pune, found himself ensnared in a fabricated case involving forged documents that sought to extract a staggering Rs 15 crore through extortion. As per the court’s directive, a case has been registered at Kondhwa Police Station against the Masal family, who were allegedly involved in demanding the extortion. The key question now revolves around identifying the mastermind orchestrating this conspiracy against the esteemed builder Goyal, along with the creation of counterfeit documents.

Pursuant to the court’s order, the complainant Rahul Premprakash Goyal has lodged a complaint against Kunal Shankar Masal, Anita Shankar Masal, Chaitali Shankar Masal, and Tejas Shankar Masal at Kondhwa Police Station. The case has been registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 388, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Seizing the opportunity for greater financial gain, the Masal family allegedly demanded a whopping Rs 15 crores in extortion from the builder, backed by falsified documents.
