Pune: Taking the extreme step, the Regional Liaison Head of Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha, Sunil Madhukar Dhumal, ended his life yesterday, December 19. He committed suicide by jumping on the Sade Satra Nali railway track in the Hadapsar area.
35-year-old Dhumal is a resident of the Sade Satra Nali area of Hadapsar and is currently the Regional Liaison Head of the Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha in Pune City.
As per the primary reports, Dhumal ended his life by jumping under the train on Tuesday. However, the exact reason behind his suicide has not yet been confirmed. Notably, no suicide note or any chit was found at the suicidal place.
In this case, the railway police registered the case of his sudden death and initiated a police inquiry surrounding his tragic demise. Dhumal was known as an active leader of the BJP in the city. After his demise, Dhumal was survived by his mother, father, wife, and children.
