Pimple Nilakh : The Anti-Human Trafficking Unit of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Crime Branch executed a successful raid, revealing a prostitution operation camouflaged as a spa center. The operation, carried out at JP Family Spa in Pimple Nilakh, led to the arrest of two individuals and the rescue of three women who had fallen victim to this illegal trade.
The detainees have been identified as Jaya Ashok Jadhav (33 years old, resident of Bopodi) and Nikhil Mohan Navghan (31 years old, resident of Lakshmi Nagar, Thergaon). Additionally, the owner of the spa, whose identity is yet to be disclosed, has also been taken into custody.
The Anti-Human Trafficking Unit received credible information concerning illicit activities taking place at JP Family Spa, situated in Ingwale Nagar, Pimple Nilakh. Promptly acting on this critical intel, the police conducted a well-coordinated raid, effectively dismantling a prostitution racket. Three women, ensnared in this illegal business, were promptly rescued, while the spa’s owner and an accomplice were apprehended.
Subsequently, the detained individuals have been transferred to Sangvi police custody, where an FIR has been registered at Sangvi Police Station. The Sangvi police have initiated a comprehensive investigation into the matter.
