Premier City is set to embark on the development of a new residential-cum-commercial complex known as ‘Wisdom Park Phase-II’ in Pimpri, Pune district, Maharashtra.
This forthcoming project will span over 6.75 acres of land and will feature a total built-up area of 103,645.80 square meters. It is designed to include five residential wings: Wing ‘A1,’ ‘A2,’ ‘A3,’ and ‘A4’ with B+G+P+15 floors, Wing ‘H1’ and ‘H2’ with B+G+P+15 floors, a commercial Wing ‘A5,’ as well as shops and a parking facility.
As per the latest updates, Premier City is currently awaiting environmental clearance (EC) for the proposed project, which is expected to bring modern and convenient living options to residents in the area.
