With over 12 lakh bills scheduled for distribution within the old city limits and 11 newly merged villages, citizens can expect to receive their bills shortly directly from PMC.

Initially, bills will be sent via SMS and email, followed by printed bills. Approximately 12 lakh bills are already in circulation, with an additional distribution planned for the 23 merged villages. This year, the property tax department has recorded an income of Rs 2273 crore, providing crucial funds for PMC’s development projects.

Furthermore, residents can avail themselves of a 5-10% discount if they settle their taxes in April or May. PMC urges citizens to take advantage of this opportunity to ensure timely payment and enjoy savings.
