Passengers Frustrated as Air India Flight from Delhi to Pune Faces Four-Hour Delay

Air India flight 15 738, scheduled to travel from Delhi to Pune via Lucknow, left passengers exasperated as it encountered a significant delay of approximately four hours, reportedly due to operational issues. The unexpected disruption led to frustration and dissatisfaction among the affected travelers.

Expressing their disappointment on social media platform X, passengers shared their grievances regarding the prolonged delay. One passenger recounted that the flight, which had successfully reached Lucknow, was inexplicably sent back to Delhi without landing. The scheduled arrival time in Pune at 5 pm was missed, leaving passengers stranded in Delhi with no information, as the crew had reportedly departed.

Another passenger on the same flight criticized the situation, claiming that the pilot seemed untrained to land in slightly foggy conditions, causing a delay of three additional hours in Lucknow. Despite other flights managing to land on schedule, Flight 15 738 faced setbacks.

In response to passengers’ complaints, Air India Express issued an apology, acknowledging the disruption and inconvenience caused during the flight. The airline attributed the delay to operational reasons. Despite the apology, one passenger insisted on a partial refund of the ticket fare.

The significant delay of Flight 15 738 has disrupted the travel plans of those on board, leading to widespread discontent among passengers expecting a timely arrival at their destination.
