Midnight Menace: Kharadi Resident Raises Alarm Over Persistent Noise Disturbance, Urges Swift Action.

In a desperate plea for relief, Kharadi resident Kashyap Vyas has drawn attention to the escalating issue of disruptive noise pollution plaguing the Ganga Platino residential area. Vyas specifically targets various businesses, including hotels, juice vendors, and pan shops, operating on the main road for the past five years, causing distress to the residents.

Complaint Details: Vyas emphasizes the urgent need for suo motu proceedings against the police department, 112 emergency services, and the implicated businesses. He points out the midnight noise nuisance that has persisted for the last five years, creating an environment where residents struggle to get sound sleep for extended periods.

Resident’s Distress: Vyas articulates his frustration, stating that the Kharadi Residential Prime Area has become a haven for midnight criminals, attributing the breakdown of law and order in Pune City to the ongoing issue.

Failed Helpline and Police Response: Expressing dissatisfaction, Vyas highlights the ineffectiveness of the 112 emergency helpline and the police department in providing relief to citizens. He contends that appropriate criminal proceedings against the businesses causing the disturbance have not been initiated for more than five years.

Judicial Intervention Requested: Vyas concludes his appeal with a plea for a judicial order to indefinitely close down the identified hotels and eliminate unauthorized vendors, pan shops, juice vendors, and similar businesses contributing to the midnight disturbances.

This impassioned appeal sheds light on the urgent need for decisive action to restore law and order in Pune City and to ensure the well-being and tranquility of residents in the Kharadi residential area.
