Pune, 25th August 2023: The National Cadet Corps (NCC) Group Headquarters in Pune welcomed Maj Gen YP Khanduri, the Additional Director General of NCC Dte Maharashtra, during his visit on 24th August for the Annual Administrative Inspection of the Pune Group.
During the inspection, Maj Gen YP Khanduri extended his commendations to the Group Commander and the entire staff for upholding exemplary standards of training and administration. The General Officer also meticulously assessed the readiness of the NCC cadets representing Maharashtra State for their participation in the forthcoming Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2024.
In his address, Maj Gen YP Khanduri provided guidance to enhance the operational efficiency and coordination, aiming to ensure that the contingent is well-prepared to showcase their utmost capabilities. The ADG also shared a congenial lunch with the cadets, utilizing the opportunity to engage with them and emphasize the pivotal role that NCC plays in nurturing the youth into responsible and proactive citizens.
