Maharashtra State Board Anticipates Early Release of Class 10th and 12th Exam Results

Students across Maharashtra can expect their class 10th and 12th exam results to be unveiled earlier than the previous year, according to the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (State Board).

The class 12th examinations were conducted from February 21st to March 23rd, while the class 10th exams took place from March 1st to 26th across the nine divisional boards of Maharashtra. With over 1.6 lakh students registered for the 10th examination and more than 1.5 lakh for the 12th examination, anticipation for the result dates has been mounting, exacerbated by circulating information on social media.

Addressing the speculation, the Central Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (CBSE) clarified that their exam results will be announced post May 20th, further fueling curiosity about the state board’s announcement timeline.

Contrary to last year’s schedule, which saw the 12th exam results declared on May 25th and the 10th exam results on June 2nd, the State Board aims to expedite the release process this year. This adjustment is poised to provide successful candidates and their families with ample time to plan for subsequent educational pursuits.

Sharad Gosavi, President of the State Board, affirmed, “The state board is diligently preparing the results for the 10th and 12th exams. Our aim is to announce the 12th results in the third week of May and the 10th results by the end of May. We are committed to releasing the results earlier than in previous years, offering students a head start in their academic journey.”

As students await the outcome of their examinations, the State Board’s proactive approach underscores its commitment to providing timely and efficient services to stakeholders within the education ecosystem. With preparations underway, anticipation builds for the much-anticipated announcement of class 10th and 12th exam results, heralding a new chapter in the academic journey of Maharashtra’s students.
