Judges transferred from Pune, across State

Pune: The Supreme Court and the Bombay High Court have issued orders to transfer district and sessions court judges and civil judges from across the State, including Pune.

Pune District and Sessions Judge JP Darekar, SB Hedau, VD Nimbalkar, POCSO Special Judge SP Ponkshe have been transferred to other district courts in the State.

Those transferred to Pune District Court include VC Barde from Jalgaon, UM Mudholkar and DK Anbhule. Moreover, SJ Bhattacharya, Mahendra B Patil from Pune Civil Court (Senior Division) have been transferred elsewhere in the State.

From the Civil Court, Pune, (Junior Division) judges CR Umredkar, RS Wankhede, VV Kulkarni, MR Barge, CS Jagtap, GS Khedkar, MK Shaikh, AJ Girhe, RS Giri, PC Fatale, GR Tiwari, VK Patil, PA Apte and SP Kulkarni have been transferred to other civil courts in the State.
