Extension of Weekly and Bi-Weekly Special Trains Connecting Mumbai, Solapur, Tirupati, Pune, and Amravati

Pune, 1st August 2023: In response to the increased passenger demand during the festival period, Indian Railways has taken the decision to extend the run of several weekly and bi-weekly special trains connecting key destinations. The extension aims to accommodate the extra rush of passengers and ensure smooth travel during this busy time.

The following special trains have been extended as per the details provided:

Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Solapur Weekly Special – 18 trips Train No. 01436 LTT-Solapur special, initially scheduled until 26th July 2023, will now continue its run from 2nd August 2023 until 27th September 2023. Train No. 01435 Solapur-LTT special, originally planned until 25th July 2023, will now operate from 1st August 2023 until 26th September 2023.

Solapur-Tirupati Weekly Special – 18 trips Train No. 01437 Solapur-Tirupati special, which was initially running until 27th July 2023, will now be extended to operate from 3rd August 2023 until 28th September 2023. Train No. 01438 Tirupati-Solapur special, previously scheduled until 28th July 2023, will now run from 4th August 2023 until 29th September 2023.

Pune-Amravati Bi-Weekly Special – 34 trips Train No. 01439 Pune-Amravati special, initially planned until 30th July 2023, will now continue its run from 4th August 2023 until 29th September 2023. Train No. 01440 Amravati-Pune special, earlier scheduled until 31st July 2023, will now operate from 5th August 2023 until 30th September 2023.

It is important to note that the halts and composition of these special trains will remain the same. Passengers can make reservations for these special trains at all Computerized Reservation Centres or through the official website: www.irctc.co.in.
